Blue Clover GIN

This gin has easily become our flagship product, it has been praised by local cocktail bars and is frequently used for gin classes throughout the state of Arizona. It is a southwest fruit forward inspired gin with blood oranges, prickly pear, peach, lemon, juniper, lavender and fresh ginger botanicals. We went light on the juniper berries and higher in fruit, so you still get a hint of that classic gin taste with our southwest spin. Simply light and smooth, this gin has a reputation for making people start drinking gin again.
