We invite you to enjoy our humble addition to the storied Bottled In Bond tradition of American whiskey with this straight rye whiskey, made with a blend of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. In 1897, the first consumer protection law ensured that any whiskey bearing the name “Bottled-in-Bond” was produced by the same distiller, at the same distillery, during the same distilling season, aged for at least four years, unadulterated (except for water), and bottled at exactly 100 proof. These regulations helped define the American whiskeys we know and love today.
