Deep Cut refers to the bold cuts taken on this whiskey to create our most assertive, cask strength rye-forward whiskey.

We distill Organic Deep Cut Rye Whiskey in a traditional alembic run on our copper pot still to preserve the rich tart cherry, cinnamon and pepper flavors of the regional grains we mill on site. Aged for at least 4 Years in a single barrel and bottled at cask strength.
