Rooted in North Carolina grain and tradition, Doc Porter’s Bourbon is handcrafted from scratch and 100% grain-to-glass. Its wheated mash bill, (60% corn, 30% wheat, and 10% malted barley) yields a rich, approachable profile. Notes of charred oak, caramel corn, vanilla, and baking spices offer a warm, lingering finish. With only 12,000 bottles in existence, this is an exceptionally limited release
