Great Wagon Road Drumlish, Irish Poitin

This shine recipe has been in the Mulligan family for generations. The label in the bottle even features the newspaper article from 1955 when Patrick Quinn, my Grandfather,  had his brush with the law. A mash bill of barley and Corn, it drinks with Layers of burnt honey, sweet floral citrus and a smooth earthy finish.
