At Five Saints, we wanted to craft a gin that felt like home—so we looked to our family’s Tuscan roots and reimagined what gin could be. While traditional London dry styles lead with sharp, piney juniper, we dialed it back—way back—to let a blend of savory, herbal, and floral botanicals shine through.

Distilled in small batches at our historic firehouse-turned-distillery in the Philadelphia suburbs, this gin layers rosemary, sage, thyme, and citrus with soft touches of chamomile, eucalyptus, vanilla, peppercorn, and fennel. The result is bright, smooth, and complex—a botanical-forward spirit that leans more garden than forest.
