This blend of four aged rums distilled in Barbados and Jamaica is the key to the best Daiquiri, Rum Sour or Gold Rush you may ever have! Each of the four aged rums was matched to one of Rolling Fork's used bourbon casks for ageing, ranging from one year up to two years. Proofed to 101 and offering an enticing mix of citrus and berry notes, a tart cranberry edge, mild baking spices and tasty brown sugar, it won't over-power but will over-deliver with the depth it brings to cocktails.
