Over 250 yrs old, the legendary Versailles still at Diamond Distillery in Guyana is one of only two wooden pot stills in existence and our Moongazer bottling is a classic example of its intoxicatingly pungent notes of raisin syrup, birdseed, mocha, charred banana, black tea and ozone ... yet made more accessible due to its unusual all-continental 9 years aging and the house-made demerara caramel coloring that is indicative of its historical REV marque (recipe) that is rumored to be phased out over the next few years.
